Job Description:

Role: PLM Admin. The core responsibility is to manage the end-to-end implementation of the DS PLM system across multiple company locations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of the DS PLM system across multiple company locations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective PLM solutions
  • Customize and configure the PLM system to align precisely with business processes and objectives
  • Provide training and support to users to ensure effective adoption of the new system
  • Develop/maintain comprehensive PLM documentation (user guides, process workflows, system configurations)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all PLM-related inquiries and issue resolution
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in PLM technology and implementation methodologies

Requirements:

  • Strong technical proficiency in PLM systems and related software tools
  • Proven track record of successful PLM implementations in a corporate setting
  • Good project management skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and drive measurable results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel to plant locations for implementation activities
