PLC Commissioning Engineer

• Develop detailed commissioning plans, risk assessments, and method statements
• PLC Programming
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve commissioning issues, escalating where necessary
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients throughout the commissioning process
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies at all times
• Traveling to and from different sites
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the commissioning department
• Plan, manage, and carry out commissioning activities across solar farms, energy centres, and boiler houses

• HNC/HND or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering
• Proven experience in commissioning within the energy, utilities, or renewables sectors
• Strong understanding of control systems, instrumentation, and electrical safety
• Knowledge of/experience with Renewable Energy technologies such as Heat Pumps and Solar will be highly advantageous
• Full UK manual driving licence
