As the PLAYXPERIENCE Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional service in the brand-new PLAYXPERIENCE, covering various activities, café, and bar areas. You will drive sales, ensure activity yield, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards while focusing on team and guest experience.
Job Responsibility:
Lead a team of Shift Managers and team members to deliver exceptional standards of service
Oversee all areas of the PLAYXPERIENCE (Reception, Escape Rooms, Laser Tag, Neo Games, Batting Cage, VR-Cade, Café, Shuffleboard, Digi Darts, Glow Pong, Tech Putt, Bar)
Drive sales initiatives and create memorable experiences for guests
Deliver maximum yield on activities
Be supportive and hands on with leaders for delivery of activities, food & beverage, and reception
Train, coach and support Shift Managers and team members to deliver memorable activities to brand standards
Deliver F&B targets
Maintain compliance in Food Safety, Health and Safety and Fire Safety
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the building
Focus on team experience through training, coaching and development
Keep guest experience at the heart of decisions
Requirements:
Experienced and passionate leader from a similar volume-led leisure, hospitality or food & beverage background
