Must Have Technical/Functional Skills; Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright for web applications
  • Integrate automation scripts into CICD pipelines for continuous testing
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QE leads to define test strategies
  • Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing for complex workflows
  • Optimize automation frameworks for scalability and reusability across TD QE portfolios
  • Mentor junior QE associates and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Ensure compliance with TDs security and regulatory standards
  • provide subject matter expertise and consult on risk issues related to Engineering technology and tools

Requirements:

  • Experience in Playwright for web automation
  • Strong programming skills in Java Script
  • Familiarity with Python is a plus
  • Experience with BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber) and CICD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
  • Solid understanding of QE principles, Agile methodologies, and SDLC
  • Hands-on experience with API testing, cross-browser testing, and performance testing
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve automation issues quickly

Nice to have:

Familiarity with Python
