Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field
Pre-licensed: LPC-Associate, LMSW, LMFT-Associate
Must have at least 2 years of experience and be actively pursuing licensure
Fully licensed: LPC, LCSW, LMFT
1-2 years of experience providing individual therapy to children ages 3-12
Strong knowledge of play therapy techniques, approaches, and methodologies
Ability to assess and treat children's mental health needs using developmentally appropriate interventions

Job Responsibility

Complete diagnostic assessments using the DSM-5
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
Maintain a caseload of 25+ sessions/week (for full-time clinicians)
Provide child-centered, creative, and developmentally appropriate therapeutic interventions
Work flexible hours—including mornings, evenings, and weekends—to meet community needs
Collaborate with families, school staff, medical providers, and Ellie team members
Participate in marketing and referral development activities
Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Attend and participate in clinical meetings and trainings
Use EHR systems and office technology proficiently
