We are seeking a Platform Specialist to configure, maintain, and optimise digital platforms that enhance operational efficiency and elevate user experience. In this role, the individual will support platform performance, ensure data accuracy, integrate third‑party applications, and collaborate with technical and business teams to translate organisational requirements into reliable technical solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Configure and manage platforms, including user permissions, workflows, data structures, and integrations
Implement, document, and maintain configuration standards that promote consistency and efficiency
Monitor and enhance platform performance by troubleshooting issues and applying best practices
Conduct periodic configuration audits to maintain data accuracy, system reliability, and alignment with business needs
Integrate third‑party tools and services to extend platform capabilities and improve usability
Customise platform features to support evolving business processes and functionalities
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to design testing scenarios and contribute to platform testing activities
Document all configurations, customisations, and updates for audit readiness and knowledge retention
Provide guidance and learning support to users and operational teams on new functionalities and updates
Partner with IT, operations, and customer support teams to understand and implement business requirements effectively
Adhere to all occupational health and safety regulations, reporting hazards and participating in mandatory training
Requirements:
Strong understanding of databases and information systems
Experience with integrations and familiarity with APIs, scripting, or database management
Good project management capabilities in environments involving integrated information systems
Minimum 2 years of experience in Information Technology
ideally 1 year in a similar systems engineering‑focused role
Skilled in conceptual and forward‑thinking problem‑solving
Effective communication, coordination, decision‑making, and negotiation skills
Completed technical university studies
