Platform Specialist

• Accurately process and manage customer transactions including data entry, quote generation, and order placement
• Handle complex platform-related inquiries with speed and precision
• Maintain data integrity and ensure timely updates and corrections to transactional records
• Support platform adoption through issue resolution and technical support
• Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to convert opportunities into actionable results
• Identify process improvement opportunities and generate quality metrics reports

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general computing skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze data, prioritize tasks, and work with urgency in a results-driven environment
• Demonstrated team player with strong organizational and customer service skills
• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• OR High School Diploma/GED with 1-2+ years of relevant experience
• Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or order management highly preferred
