We are seeking a Platform Specialist Associate to join the System Architecture subdepartment within Software Engineering, based in Bucharest. This role focuses on configuring, maintaining, and optimising digital platforms that support operational effectiveness and deliver a strong user experience. The individual will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into reliable technical solutions, contribute to third‑party integrations, and ensure platforms operate accurately, securely, and in line with organisational objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Configure, manage, and optimise digital platforms, including user permissions, workflows, data structures, and integrations
Support the integration of third‑party applications and services to extend platform capabilities
Translate business and operational requirements into effective technical configurations and solutions
Maintain clear and consistent configuration standards and documentation to support operational efficiency
Perform periodic configuration audits to ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and alignment with business goals
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define test scenarios and participate in testing activities
Document platform configurations, customisations, and updates for audit and knowledge‑sharing purposes
Work closely with IT, operations, and customer support teams to implement requirements effectively
Requirements:
An individual with knowledge of business information systems and integrated IT environments
Experienced at an entry or early‑career level (1–2 years) within the Information Technology field
Familiar with system integration concepts, with hands‑on exposure to APIs, scripting, or database management
Comfortable working with project management principles and structured delivery approaches
A clear communicator who can collaborate effectively across technical and non‑technical teams
Able to think abstractly and conceptually, with an interest in long‑term, sustainable solutions
Confident in contributing to decision‑making through analysis, coordination, and constructive discussion
Qualified with a university degree in computer science, electrical, electronic, telecommunications engineering, or a related discipline
