Job Description

We are seeking an individual who will configure, maintain, and optimise digital platforms to support operational efficiency and an enhanced user experience. This role involves integrating third‑party applications, ensuring data accuracy, and working closely with cross‑functional teams to translate organisational needs into effective technical solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Configure and manage the platform in line with business and technical requirements, including user permissions, workflows, data structures, and integrations
  • Maintain configuration standards to support consistency and operational effectiveness
  • Conduct regular configuration audits to uphold data accuracy, system reliability, and alignment with organisational objectives
  • Integrate third‑party tools and services to improve platform usability and support evolving business needs
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to co‑create test scenarios and take part in platform testing activities
  • Document configurations, updates, and customisations for audit and reference purposes
  • Work closely with project teams across IT, operations, and customer support to implement business requirements effectively
  • Develop integration plans and documentation to support knowledge transfer

Requirements

  • Knowledgeable in business information systems, with familiarity in system integration, APIs, scripting, or database management
  • Experienced in working with integrated IT systems, ideally with 1–2 years in the Information Technology field
  • Able to apply conceptual and innovative thinking with a long‑term view in problem‑solving
  • A clear communicator who can influence, coordinate, and support decision‑making
  • Skilled in negotiation and cross‑team collaboration
  • Educated with a university degree in computer science, electrical, electronic, or telecommunications engineering, or another related field
