Platform Product Manager

• Foster a strong platform-as-a-product culture for your platform product domain(s)
• Establish fruitful relationships and interactions with product teams as our internal customers - and various stakeholders
• Operating in close partnership with the Engineering Manager and Tech lead on the team
• Making sure the team has clarity on the What and Why through team artifacts such as the roadmap, OKRs, KPIs, strategy, vision and mission
• Facilitating the co-crafting and evolution of these artifacts together with the team

• Background in product management with an eager to learn the platform context or Engineering background with an eager to learn product management - or even better - coming with a skillset combining both
• Strong abilities with typical product team artifacts such as roadmaps, OKRs and metrics - and to rapidly learn whatever needed
• Excellent people skills
• Ability to operate efficiently in a globally distributed setup
• High degree of structure in your work approach and well-trained ability to prioritize the right thing in a very dynamic environment
• Excitement around enabling others, seeing product teams as your customers

Preferably having experience of the product operating model and believing in the power of organisational health
