Job Description

We are looking for a Platform Product Delivery Manager to join IKEA Group Digital. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of digital products within a platform subdomain, ensuring they are built and operated with quality, scalability, and business value in mind. You will be part of Group Digital, where we set the digital agenda to keep IKEA leading in a fast-moving and uncertain world. We develop and operate digital products and platforms that support the entire IKEA value chain and enable better experiences for both customers and co-workers.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of ServiceNow HR Service delivery— from discovery and design through to deployment, operations, and adoption
  • Drive prioritisation, delivery speed, and quality across platform releases
  • Ensure SNOW HRSD configurations are accurately maintained, compliant, and aligned to business compensation processes and pay structures across all markets
  • Ensure operational excellence across all platforms — including availability, performance, compliance, and data integrity requirements
  • Remove blockers and manage cross-team dependencies across other platforms
  • Lead and develop high-performing cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration
  • Use data, KPIs, and insights to drive decisions — including platform performance metrics, SLA adherence, and delivery outcomes
  • Contribute to reducing technical debt and improving long-term platform sustainability across SNOW HRSD
  • Govern platform documentation, configuration standards, and compliance requirements across the platform

Requirements

  • Strong experience in leading cross-functional product and engineering teams
  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in HR technology platform delivery or product management, with deep expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and its integration within an HR technology ecosystem
  • Deep functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD—including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Service Centre, Journey Accelerator, Virtual Agent, and HR workflow configuration and automation
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture—including scoped applications, integration frameworks, business rules, and how HRSD modules interact with core HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, OpenText, and Avature
  • Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) — understanding how core HCM data flows into and supports SNOW HRSD service delivery processes
  • Experience in configuring and managing SNOW HRSD service catalogue, SLA frameworks, and case routing rules across multiple countries and business units
  • Solid understanding of HR service delivery models — including Tier 0, Tier 1, and Tier 2 support structures and how SNOW HRSD enables self-service and operational efficiency
  • Experience delivering end-to-end SNOW HRSD implementations or enhancements — from requirements gathering, solution design, and build through to testing, release, and stabilization
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and outcome-oriented ways of working
  • Experience delivering end-to-end platform solutions — from requirements gathering, solution design, and build through to testing, release, stabilization, and adoption
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Understanding of cost drivers in software delivery and the impact of technical decisions
  • A passion for digital product delivery, innovation, and continuous improvement
