Job Description:

You will be providing technical support by troubleshooting issues and resolving them accordingly within SLAs. You will also be tasked with migrating operations from on-prem to AWS Cloud and merging systems.

Job Responsibility:

Providing technical support by troubleshooting issues and resolving them accordingly within SLAs
Migrating operations from on-premises to AWS Cloud
Merging systems

Requirements:

Strong technical skills in AWS Cloud infrastructure management
Experience with incident & problem management and root cause analysis
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic environment
Willingness to be on rotational standby support
