Requirements
3–5+ years in Customer Development, eCommerce, or Digital Commerce
Strong understanding of Thailand’s dCommerce ecosystem (marketplaces, players, dynamics)
Proven experience managing key accounts and delivering growth through JBP
Strong analytical capability with ability to translate data into commercial action
Experience in: Digital shelf management
Search optimisation
Online execution (preferred)
Strong stakeholder management across multiple Business Units (1UL mindset critical)
Agile, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
