Job Description:

As the Platform Engineer Leader (M3 Food), you will be responsible for all integrations/extractions in & out of our M3 cloud landscape, shaping overall integration approach regarding strategic platforms, and defining the role of a Data Service Layer. You will guide the integration team and serve as a technical advisor for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high availability and reliability of integrations.

Job Responsibility:

Design, Implementation, Operations, and Monitoring of all integrations Data Service Layer
develop and coach integration team members
define integration strategies and roadmaps
define integration patterns
manage system performance and resource utilization
partner with product teams and software engineers
project management for integration-related projects.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in designing integrations for major platforms
experience with managing the M3 Technology Program on Cloud
strong expertise in MEC/ION
analytical
effective in communicating complex technology challenges
highly motivated
inspired to mobilize teams
techno-functional expertise
knowledge of integration patterns
ability to coach team members onsite and offshore
cost-conscious mindset
relationship-building with stakeholders.
