Job Description:

We are seeking a Platform Architect to drive the strategy and architecture of our Employee Experience Products, including the Employee Productivity Portal, Talent Management & Acquisition, Learning & Development and Employee listening solutions. In this role, you will define technology roadmaps, ensure solutions align with business goals, and oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management from design to maintenance. You will lead platform architecture governance, evaluate vendor solutions, and ensure quality through testing and integration. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, fit-for-purpose technology solutions.

  • Accountable to secure the Solution Documentation is kept up-to-date

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in at least one core module of the Microsoft Office productivity suite (e.g., SharePoint, Yammer, Teams, Azure)
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft PowerPlatform
  • Copilot experience or familiarity with MS search & Gen AI search
  • Modern (New) SharePoint experience as an architect with global navigation & hub structure for intranet/employee experience portal
  • Part of a companywide reboot of internal communication, collaboration or digital employee experience
  • Viva or Yammer experience as an architect, including experience with MS Adaptive Cards
  • Azure AI search
  • Experience with Workday, SAP adaptive cards would be considered an asset
