  • Assist in training or knowledge-sharing sessions with internal teams on accessibility standards, tools, and best practices
  • Prioritise testing activities based on platform traffic, risk, and user impact

Requirements:

  • Solid working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines (EAA knowledge highly desirable)
  • Experience conducting both manual and automated accessibility audits using tools such as Microsoft Insights, Axe, WAVE, etc.
  • Familiarity with a range of assistive technologies including JAWS, NVDA, ZoomText, or VoiceOver
  • Demonstrable experience conducting accessibility testing across various browsers, devices, and platforms
  • Strong written communication skills, particularly in drafting reports and accessibility statements
  • Ability to collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure recommended improvements are implemented effectively

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in the Higher Education sector or working with education-related platforms
  • Familiarity with tools and systems such as Moodle VLE, SITS, Salesforce, Blackbaud, and common CMS platforms
