Job Responsibility:
Manage projects by ensuring compliance with quality standards, budgets, and deadlines, and overseeing the transition to production
Meet project milestones and monitor project costs
Provide regular, structured reporting to internal stakeholders and clients
Facilitate various project management meetings
Serve as the point of contact for client relations on projects
Ensure communication with various company departments to guarantee project success (Quality, Logistics, Methods, Industrialization, Engineering, Sales, etc.)
Oversee and present engineering inputs (EI)
Ensure compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements on projects (monitoring of the development plan, compliance with ISO standards)
Ensure monitoring of all validation/qualification phases on projects (QC, QI, QO, QP, etc.)
Monitor the design and engineering of products and processes (costs and timelines)
Participate in risk mitigation plans in collaboration with the Project Quality department (FMEA, Risk Analysis, etc.)
Initiate and monitor the implementation of necessary production resources
Participate in technology watch
Requirements:
Degree in engineering or equivalent in plastics, materials, or mechanical engineering
5 to 10 years of proven experience in industrial project management in the plastics industry
Experience in the medical device sector is highly preferred
Fluent in English
