Job Description

CoxHealth in Springfield, Missouri, is seeking a driven BC/BE plastic surgeon to join its plastic surgery team. The practice includes a broad range of reconstructive and cosmetic procedures, excluding microsurgery and hand surgery. The department also participates in a facial trauma call rotation, with call shared on a 1-in-4 basis. This is a great opportunity to shape and grow a practice around your interests. The compensation model is unique, offering RVU-based pay for reconstructive cases and a percentage of collections for cosmetic procedures.
