Job Description:

As a Hire Supervisor at Huws Gray Plant & Tool Hire, you'll help lead the way - motivating and organising your team to hit branch goals and deliver top-notch service. Working closely with the Hire Manager, you’ll play a key role in making sure day-to-day operations run smoothly. Based in one of our larger branches, you’ll be part of a hardworking team that pulls together to get the job done and keep our customers coming back.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting your team to meet (and hopefully exceed!) hire sales targets and KPIs
  • Working closely with the Hire Manager to build strong customer relationships and promote our hire and sales services with warmth and professionalism
  • Making sure everyone stays safe by keeping up with health & safety guidelines and addressing any concerns quickly
  • Staying on top of reports, stock checks, and audits - helping things stay organised and on track
  • Pitching in with whatever needs doing to keep the branch running smoothly and the team feeling supported
