Plant & Tool Hire Controller in Peckham – Organise, Support, and Help Build What Matters. Our Plant & Tool Hire Controllers play a key role in keeping things running smoothly and supporting the success of the branch. Working closely with the Hire Manager, you’ll help achieve targets by handling hire transactions, managing stock, completing admin tasks and contributing to an overall brilliant customer experience. Based in one of our busy branches, you’ll be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and takes pride in delivering excellent service every day.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly by helping out in all areas of your depot
  • Working closely with the team, using your communication skills to stay organised and support branch targets like hire sales and KPIs
  • Assisting with deliveries and collections to keep our service efficient and dependable
  • Supporting with equipment prep and maintenance - testing, cleaning and keeping machinery in great working condition
