Plant Supervisor - Day Shift

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations of the assigned shift across the York Plant. The Shift Supervisor will oversee weekend shifts and act as a floating Supervisor throughout the week to further ensure safety and quality standards are met and production efficiency maintained. Schedule is a 12 hour day shift. 6a-6p. 3/1/3 rotating schedule. Employee works holidays if scheduled. This position is 1 of 4 plant supervisors (2 day, 2 night) with the intent to cover the Plant with 24/7, 365 day coverage.
