Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Plant Recruiter to support hiring initiatives in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts with a strong emphasis on corporate and engineering talent acquisition. The ideal candidate brings a strategic approach to sourcing, manages candidate pipelines effectively, and partners closely with hiring leaders to deliver a strong hiring experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment activities from intake meetings through offer stage for a range of roles within their plant in Minneapolis
  • Build proactive sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract candidates with relevant experience through multiple talent channels
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, align on selection criteria, and create effective recruiting plans
  • Manage candidate progress within the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate, timely recruitment records
  • Conduct candidate screening and evaluation to assess experience, skills, and overall fit for open opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs
  • Coordinate interview processes and help ensure a smooth, consistent experience for candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Use recruiting data and market insights to refine search strategies and improve hiring outcomes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition roles
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for engineering positions as well as broader corporate functions
  • Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing techniques across multiple platforms and channels
  • Proficiency using an applicant tracking system to manage workflows and candidate information
  • Strong ability to build recruiting strategies aligned with business hiring goals
  • Effective communication and partnership skills when working with hiring managers and candidates
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
