We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, helping to identify, attract, and onboard top talent for various departments, including engineering and plant operations. This position requires a results-driven individual with strong attention to detail and a proven ability to utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing strategies effectively.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates to meet organizational needs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft targeted recruitment plans
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines and ensure compliance with hiring processes
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture
  • Provide regular recruitment updates and metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
