Job Description

The industrialisation engineer has a solid experience and skills managing the design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of fully automated manufacturing lines, in the exclusive field of the electrical cell and battery and for his area of expertise : Electrolyte filling.

Job Responsibility

  • Write the equipment technical specifications in accordance with product design requirement and process technical solutions
  • Lead the selected supplier during realization of the purchased equipment in order to respect the objectives of safety, quality, cost, performance and leadtime
  • Verify suppliers and equipment compliance with ATEX requirements from Design until end of commissioning
  • Identify any potential risks for the project and think about how de-risking is possible with the supplier
  • Define and organize Acceptance tests with the supplier for Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test
  • Participate to the line ramp-up after Start Of Production to reach Final acceptance level for the equipment and transfer the equipment responsibility to manufacturing team

Requirements

  • Knowledge of leading equipment supplier and project management
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and Solidworks optional (consultation only)
  • Technical knowledge in processes related to automated assembly, and electrolyte filling
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working within the automated environment for automotive, batteries manufacturing, and/or general manufacturers and distributors
  • Exposure with electrolyte filling process and/or equipment
  • Master degree or Engineering degree (Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, or a related field)
  • A Good level in English and French ( fluent level mandatory)
  • Key Behaviours : Good relationship with Suppliers, Team spirit, High-organized, Capacity of being concise and clear (spoken and written)
