We are seeking Highly Skilled Heavy Plant Operators for long-term, stable roles within the waste management sector. This isn't your standard civil dirt-shifting gig—we need experienced operators who understand the unique pace, compaction requirements, and safety standards of a busy waste facility. If you can jump into the seat of heavy scrapers, push serious bulk with a D9, and handle the biggest compactors in the business without breaking a sweat, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Valid RIIMPO tickets (or verified VOCs) with extensive production hours on the machinery listed above
  • Prior experience working in landfills, waste management facilities, or major resource recovery centers is highly regarded
  • Safety First Attitude
  • A solid work ethic, a clean drug & alcohol screen, and a current driver’s license
