Job Responsibility:
Supports and assists the Plant Supervisor in plant operations needs
Provides interior maintenance of the community as defined by company standards
Provides exterior maintenance of the community including grounds keeping
Assists in coordination of community events
Assists in all phases of maintenance pertaining to resident apartments and common areas of the community
Requirements:
Experience in a similar position
Organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize
HVAC certification is a plus
Experience working with seniors and various state and local agencies for inspections is preferred
High school diploma or the state equivalent
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Maintenance experience
Previous groundskeeping experience
Willing to take a criminal background check
Nice to have:
