SRG is exclusively partnered with a leading manufacturer of personal care and cosmetic products, based in Hampshire. Due to company growth, they are now looking for a to Plant Operations Administrator join the team. This company has a supportive and collaborative culture, and pride themselves on internal career development and progression. This role would suit recent candidates with 2+ years' experience an administrative role within a GMP environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Plant Operations
  • Maintain and update records in line with GMP and ISO 22716 standards
  • Prepare reports, SOPs, KPIs, and coordinate audits and inspections
  • Assist with planning processes, including data entry and schedule updates in ERP/MRP systems
  • Ensure compliance by managing documentation, training records, and logs
  • Organise meetings, track actions, and facilitate clear communication across the business
  • Ensure all CAPA, NCR, OOS and deviation documentation is completed quickly and efficiently
  • Champion continuous improvement and Health & Safety

Requirements

  • Proven experience within a technical, quality or administrative role within a GMP environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ERP/MRP systems & AI
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Full right to work in the UK, there is no sponsorship available for this role
