Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Plant Manager to lead the effective management of our factory, ensuring smooth operations and optimized technical and financial results, while upholding environmental standards and employee health and safety. At METLEN Energy & Metals, we drive success through cutting-edge technology and diverse talent. The Plant Manager will oversee plant operations, planning, problem solving, customer relations, compliance, and leadership responsibilities while fostering professional growth and supporting the company's vision.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all plant operations to meet production targets
  • Contribute to the company’s annual and long-term business plans
  • Prepare and monitor the plant’s budget
  • Approve and align departmental action plans
  • Report regularly to management on operational progress
  • Identify, coordinate, and resolve operational issues promptly
  • Manage customer complaints and product quality issues
  • Define and enforce plant policies
  • Oversee compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
  • Inspire and guide direct reports
  • Support management teams in daily operations
  • Foster a positive work environment
  • Ensure effective organizational structure and staffing
  • Maintain relations with local community stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree from a Polytechnic School
  • Postgraduate specialization preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in a managerial role
  • Experience in metal fabrication and processing sectors
  • Fluency in English
