Coordinates activities of divisions or departments such as operating, manufacturing, engineering, planning, sales, maintenance, or research and development, to effect operational efficiency and economy.
Reviews production costs and product quality, and modifies production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of division.
Reviews operations of competing organizations and plans and directs sales program to develop new markets and develops plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees.
Directs preparation of accounting records, recommends budgets to management, and plans, develops and implements organization policies and goals.
Analyzes division or department budget requests to identify areas in which reductions can be made, and allocates operating budget.
Directs preparation of directives to division or department administrator outlining policy, program, or operations changes to be implemented.
Coordination of economic production in due time and in good quality.
Representation of the plant within the Brose Group and outside.
Development of the annual budget and resource planning and controlling the observance of the plan.
