ATI is seeking to hire a Plant Manager to lead operations for our Specialty Rolled Products business unit locations in Monaca, Rochester, and Zelienople, PA. Reporting to the General Manager of Finishing Operations, the Plant Manager is responsible for the overall management, direction, and coordination of all manufacturing activity for at three sites. This includes safety, production, maintenance, quality, on-time delivery performance, cost savings objectives, and customer satisfaction.

Drive continuous improvement in safety, people, technical problem resolution, responsiveness, and cost to meet or exceed strategic business goals
Participate in strategic plan development policies, and procedures at all levels to ensure that the systems meet or exceed internal and external customer needs and expectations
Have foresight into the fluctuations of the business cycle and implement adaptive strategies to minimize cost
Manage the development and implementation of programs and activities to control spending guidelines regarding operations, maintenance and capital improvements
Develop or establish long and short term staffing requirements for the facility
Align and maintain consistent communication, processes, and procedures throughout the organization
Develop, plan and execute actions to meet customer commitments and requirements while meeting business objectives
Partner with Labor Relations to develop and implement resolutions to labor issues pertaining to all collective bargaining unit contract agreements
Requirements
A minimum of 7 years of operations leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technical field
Experience with Maximo, Oracle, etc.
Ability to successfully balance multiple projects at various stages with limited supervision in a fast-paced, competitive environment
Ability to work independently as well as with and through others to achieved desired results
Ability to analyze and resolve difficult problems effectively and timely thru the implementation of long-term solutions
Ability to effectively negotiate and resolve conflict
Ability to foster collaborations, inspire confidence, and motivate individuals across diverse teams in a manufacturing environment in order to meet objectives
Exceptional analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Effective interpersonal, leadership, and written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management and prioritization skills
