TE Connectivity's HRBP implements global Human Resources policies partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives (i.e. succession, talent acquisition, total rewards and change management) and has responsibility for their roll-out/execution in collaboration with the subregional HRS Team. Fostering partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives, strategies and policies of the organization and work closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development. In addition, HRBP participates in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, stock renewal, workforce planning, organizational change, etc.) The Plant HRBP - Trutnov serves as a strategic BP and trusted thought partner to Plant Leader and in-country senior management.
Job Responsibility:
Serving as part of the Industrial HR team to lead the delivery of strategic talent, organization design, and organizational effectiveness support across respective client groups whilst fostering a One HR mentality
Being the HR reference point for the in-country management team as the HR Site leader
Coordinating and collaborating effectively with the HR organization for data-driven best practice solutions and their execution
Taking informed risks where needed, measuring cost/benefit trade-offs, and working toward enterprise goals
Serving as the voice of the business within the BU/Function and HR Leadership team
Enterprise advocacy for Diversity, Engagement, and Inclusion
Coach and develop managers, drive development initiatives, and succession planning to ensure longer-term success
Lead change management programs and facilitate organizational change by supporting business leaders to develop plans in line with business strategy
Lead and collaborate on employee relations issues to ensure legal compliance and maintain a respectful working environment for the client group
Facilitate and drive key talent development plans to strengthen the talent pipeline for all critical positions including stretched assignments, coaching or mentoring programs, professional & leadership training to retain and develop talent
Act as a coach and be a facilitator when needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related field
Minimum 10+ years progressive, international, HR-related experience
breadth of HR knowledge and skills in a variety of fields in an international context, including Business Partner
Experience in a manufacturing and or operations environment is strongly preferred
Executive level experience
Experience influencing without authority
Ability to influence, lead and drive execution into the functions/region through close partnership and collaboration with the broader HR function
Proved track record in Organization Design, Change Leadership, Talent Management, and Organizational Development
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced, international matrix organization
Strong project management and organizational skills
Has advanced knowledge of Czech labour laws and obligations and uses this knowledge to advise management, especially in conflict situations
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication
