Job Description:

Responsible for plant operations having around 250 employees. Responsible for all aspects of plant performance, safety, productivity, quality delivery and cost. Safety, Security and facilities support for entire facility. Oversee customer scheduling, material planning, production planning, order execution and entire supply chain to ensure deliveries of right quality material in line with customer demand. Inventory accuracy and management. Lead and drive operational efficiency improvements in the plant in the areas of productivity, quality, cost through lean principles. Responsible for budgeting manufacturing expenses and meet budget and in case of issues take necessary corrective measures.
