Join us as Plant Finance Business Partner in Skive, Denmark! To ensure the right financial support and leadership to our three plants in Denmark (Rødding near Spøttrup, Branden and Fur) we are looking for a Plant Finance Business Partner. You will work at the intersection between the plant management and group finance, and you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate numbers and analyses.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver value to the plant by animating action plans to improve financial performance
  • Responsible for maintaining a control environment that complies with the Company’s internal control policies
  • Perform and share analysis to address financial risks and opportunities on a regular basis
  • Lead proactive development of contingency plans, productivity improvement and corrective actions to ensure facility financial results and that shareholder value is optimized
  • Owner of the financial aspects of the Capex process: active participation and final (co)sign-off of capex opportunity and feasibility studies
  • Perform the plant’s monthly/annual closing process in conjunction with the EBS team and in adherence to Etex accounting principes
  • Prepare and deliver the plant financial forecasts, following group’s guidelines
  • Provide insightful and competitive analytics that anticipate change and drive decision making
  • Work across organization boundaries and all levels of the company to achieve objectives, ensure full coordination and sharing of information / best practice with regional and local finance and division business partners

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in finance, accounting or relevant discipline required
  • Several years’ operating in a range of economic conditions, i.e. expansion, contraction, stable economic conditions—forecasting, scenario planning, risk analysis and contingency development
  • Strong financial acumen with demonstrated analytical ability accompanied by knowledge of corporate finance and manufacturing costing principles—understands P&L and balance sheet dynamics
  • Highly motivated and results driven with a high energy level—has a bias for proactive action
  • Forward thinking leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate, led by example, and encourage teamwork and effective communication
  • Preferable familiar with Excel (incl Analysis for Office and BPC), SAP, Power BI, COGNOS
  • Language: English (fluent written and verbal communication, incl. presentation skills) and Danish
