Plant Controller

While you often work independently with your cross-functional team, you always have the greater finance organization to lean on for support and career mentoring. As the Plant Controller for Baxter’s Mountain Home facility, you will serve as the on‑site financial leader for a $170M operation that supplies critical materials to other Baxter plants and select external customers. You’ll oversee the plant’s full financial landscape, from compliance and controllership to operational performance and strategic decision support, while partnering closely with a team of 200 employees and sitting on the site’s Senior Leadership Team. This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role where you’ll shape financial rigor, influence operations, and ensure the plant delivers on its commitments.
