Job Description:

Plant Controller to oversee finance & accounting operations for a small but dynamic manufacturing plant. Excellent opportunity for a Senior Accountant or Assistant Controller ready to step into full ownership of plant-level financials.

Job Responsibility:

Own all plant-level accounting & finance
Month-end close, reporting, and variance analysis
Partner with operations leadership to manage cost structure and profitability
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow oversight
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, controls, and reporting standards
Provide business insight to drive efficiency and support decision-making

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3-7 years progressive accounting/finance experience
Manufacturing experience
Strong cost accounting knowledge
Ability to partner with operations
Detail-oriented professional
Strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent leadership skills

Nice to have:

CPA/CMA certification
