Job Description:

We are looking for a candidate for the position of 'Plant Controller' for our global business partner with Italian partnership for which we are providing consultancy services.

Job Responsibility:

Build cost system with the defined cost principles
Implement JMW processes on cost control area
Calculate the direct costs of the products manufactured on site
Perform variance analysis (preparation of volume and EBITDA bridge), update BOM
Check the consistency of the reported results with the accounting elements
Follow the CAPEX and working capital
Prepare the budget and reforecast
Prepare and manage manufacturing cost reports
Monitor the KPIs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
Progressive in accounting management
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in costing field
Strong analysis and communication skills with solid problem-solving skills
Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with non-accounting professionals
Good command of written and spoken English
SAP knowledge
Good in Microsoft Office proficiency level
Resident in Aydın.
