Job Responsibility
Oversee all plant-level GAAP, SOX, and Baxter policy compliance, ensuring accuracy of the P&L and balance sheet
Lead financial reporting activities, including month-end close, weekly pulses, quarterly forecasts, and annual/long-range planning
Provide financial insights, analysis, and guidance to maximize plant performance and support operational decision-making
Drive achievement of plant financial commitments across operating income, cash flow, and manufacturing variances
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support continuous improvement and profitable growth
Develop and execute action plans that strengthen financial performance and operational efficiency
Partner with FP&A COE, FPO, BBS, and Global ISC to standardize and transform financial processes
Build financial acumen across finance and non-finance team members through coaching and development
Requirements
7+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain finance
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
Strong background in standard costing, budget management, and capital analysis
Demonstrated ability to identify, lead, and implement change in a complex environment
Experience communicating effectively at all levels in both formal and informal settings
Ability to operate within a global, matrixed organization and manage indirect relationships
Proven capability to build business cases and leverage best practices to drive improvement
Nice to have
MBA or equivalent
