Job Description:

The ideal Controller candidate will have the following skills and experience: Manufacturing Cost Accounting, Management experience, Inventory management, Budgeting & Forecasting, Advanced Excel, Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance or similar field of study. Advanced Excel
Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance or similar field of study
Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management within a manufacturing environment
Strong expertise in manufacturing cost accounting and inventory management
Proven ability to develop budgets and forecasts for complex operations
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Solid understanding of general ledger processes and month-end close procedures
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and communication abilities to coordinate cross-functional teams
