We are looking for a Manufacturing Finance Lead / Plant Controller who will be a member of the sites Natural Leadership Team (NLT), reporting to the regional Insulation Business Finance Leader. Business partnering with the support functions & Finance partners across Europe & North America, you will help define the plant strategy and cost structure. Developing robust forecasts you will be accountable for maintaining cost control within the site and drive productivity through financial analyses & insights. This is a pivotal role in the success of our business as the Tessenderlo site. As the Manufacturing Finance Lead on site, you will have autonomy along with the Plant Leader to develop, present and be accountable for driving the business forward, challenging colleagues & peers accordingly & being the beacon of growth mentality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor and / or Master degree, or Professional Accounting Member
  • Finance (controlling) and / or Manufacturing Excellence experience
