Job Responsibility

Own and direct all financial functions for the manufacturing site
Act as a key financial and strategic business partner to the Plant Management Team
Direct and manage all financial and accounting functions for the plant, including annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and management accounting/reporting
Lead the development of operating plans, forecasts, and financial analysis to support decision-making
