Job Description:

To perform all duties within the scope of all electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems in the hotel, as assigned by his superior in accordance with the departmental standards. Works closely with the Shift Duty Engineer to carry out the actual operation of the hotel electrical, plumbing and mechanical equipment during his duty shift.

Job Responsibility:

Maintain electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems
Operate hotel mechanical facilities
Inspect and maintain firefighting equipment
Monitor mechanical equipment operations
Perform emergency repairs
Conduct daily building inspections
Record mechanical operation parameters
Coordinate with other departments
Ensure safety compliance
Respond to emergency calls

Requirements:

Experience with electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems
Knowledge of firefighting and safety equipment
Ability to perform emergency repairs
Understanding of energy conservation procedures
Familiarity with safety at work regulations
Ability to coordinate with other engineering staff
Capability to maintain logbooks and records
Physical fitness for inspection rounds
Willingness to work on standby and respond to emergencies

Nice to have:

Experience in hotel engineering operations
Familiarity with Marriott International standards
Previous work in luxury hospitality environment
