Plant Administrator – Start Your Story with Us. We have an exciting opportunity for a Plant Administrator to begin their Story as part of our team based in our Salsburgh Depot. We are looking for someone who embodies our values of being hardworking, grounded, and proud of the work they do. The right candidate will be detail‑orientated, possess strong organisational skills and take a proactive approach to their work. This role plays a vital part in supporting the smooth running of our Plant depot.
Job Responsibility:
Managing invoicing processes
Handling client‑specific administrative tasks
Maintaining accurate documentation
Supporting accommodation bookings
Requirements:
Experience in administration, ideally within a multi‑client or fast‑paced environment
Strong IT skills across Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
Experience with plant or operational software (such as Syrinx) would be advantageous
The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
A proven track record of meeting deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy
Effective communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with clients and colleagues
Nice to have:
