Job Responsibility

  • Lead all plant-level accounting functions, including product costing, inventory accounting, and month-end close
  • Oversee the monthly financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Analyze manufacturing variances, including overhead, labor, and material costs, compared to budget, forecast, and prior periods

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
  • CPA or CMA preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory controls, and financial analysis
  • Experience partnering with plant operations and senior leadership
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
