Job Responsibility:
Partnering with operations, supply chain, and finance teams to drive efficiency, improve processes, and support strategic decision-making
Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations related to manufacturing operations
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities
Maintain standard cost models and analyze material, labor, and overhead variances
Prepare and analyze Cost of Goods Sold reports
Analyze actual results versus budget and forecast
Reconcile raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods inventories
Support physical inventory counts and cycle counts
Generate and present plant-level financial statements and variance analyses
Partner with operations to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field
Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Advanced Excel skills and experience using a large ERP system
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and deadline management abilities
