Planning Team Leader

• Managing and leading a team of direct reports, ensuring efficient and effective processes that include constant collaboration and coordination between the team members
• Distributing and assigning tasks to the team while overseeing planning requests received by Source Markets, Cruise companies and third party clients
• Ensure that the transport planning system (Ermes) is being updated in a timely manner
• Optimizing cost planning accordingly with budget
• Supervise communications with Destinations and Ops Hub areas to ensure best practices and continuous feedback during operations

• Strong administration & organizational skills - comfortable with technology
• Can think things through logically to simplify tasks, working at times virtually/wholly independently
• Easily adapts to a variety of changes, to new ways of working, and quickly react to operational issues
• Can solve problems independently and/or make suggestions how to improve ways of working & embrace our digital culture
• Fluent in verbal and written English and Thai
• A collaborative team player - displaying the TUI values & required behaviors
