Job Description

We are looking for a commercially driven and customer-focused person to lead the performance, development, and growth of our custom-made kitchens, appliances, and specialised kitchen products across in our Plan and Order Point in Belrose, Sydney.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive our kitchen sales agenda, strengthen range competence, and ensure our offer continues to meet customer needs while delivering strong commercial results
  • Managing the range of custom-made kitchens, appliances, and unique kitchen articles
  • Driving the kitchen sales program in line with country goals and action plans
  • Providing range expertise across the matrix structure to support the commercial calendar and agenda
  • Analysing current and future trends to identify and optimise commercial opportunities
  • Conducting competitor analysis and delivering recommendations to support business objectives
  • Forecasting sales and reporting on key performance metrics and results
  • Partnering with media and sales channels to drive customer visitation and purchasing frequency
  • Facilitating learning and development through training programs, workshops, coaching, and on-the-job mentoring

Requirements
