Planning Solicitor

We are seeking a dedicated Planning Solicitor to join our client's prestigious development and regeneration team in Manchester within a career-making role. The successful candidate will have a strong background in planning law, with the ability to manage complex projects across a variety of sectors, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments. Working directly with a local Partner, the role involves providing strategic planning advice, supporting clients through pre-application processes, drafting and negotiating planning and highway agreements, and handling contentious matters such as appeals and judicial reviews. Working closely with colleagues across the national team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality legal support on high-profile schemes, assisting with business development initiatives, and mentoring junior staff.
