Planning Solicitor

Vivid Resourcing are working with a Local Authority in the North West to appoint a Locum Planning & Highways Solicitor. The council is seeking an experienced planning lawyer to provide specialist support within a small legal team, offering a high level of autonomy and flexibility. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Locum Planning & Highways Solicitor to join a Local Authority on an initial 3-month contract, with strong potential for extension. You will act as the sole planning lawyer within the team, providing end-to-end legal support on a wide range of planning and highways matters. The role is fully remote, with attendance required once per month for committee meetings. The council is open to full-time or part-time working arrangements, making this a highly flexible opportunity for an experienced locum.
