Job Description

The planning team is known for its technical strength and commercial approach, advising across a wide range of sectors including major infrastructure, regeneration, residential, and commercial development. Job Responsibility

  • Advise on all aspects of planning law, including Section 106 and highways agreements, planning applications, due diligence, and contentious work such as inquiries, hearings, and judicial reviews
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments
  • Deliver clear, commercially focused advice to clients

Requirements

  • Planning solicitor with between four and eight years’ PQE
  • Experience gained within a recognised City, national, or leading regional practice
  • Confident handling own matters
  • Experience with large regeneration or mixed-use schemes would be a real advantage
