Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Scheduling Assistant to join our Planning Team. To manage and control the outside cold storage for site & the division, alongside assisting in the day-to-day planning functions and cover divisional meat scheduling.

Job Responsibility:

  • To manage and control the outside coldstore for site & the division
  • Assist in day-to-day planning functions
  • Cover divisional meat scheduling
  • Manage and control the outside coldstore / manage the dolavs for the division
  • Liaise with planning & intake to book in & manage the booking schedule/ process paperwork
  • Holiday cover for the Meat Scheduler
  • Complete/Manage Raw Material claims/discrepancies and advise accounts
  • Complete Customs documentation for EU Raw Material In loads
  • Issue weekly purchase orders for raw materials & packaging
  • Scope to learn other roles within the department

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills
